WHY SHOULD I GET A PERSONAL TRAINER?

A Personal Trainer can help you in many aspects of your fitness journey. A good Personal Trainer will be able to provide you with the knowledge to workout safely, help you in setting relevant and realistic long term and short term goals as well as being there to hold you accountable and help keep you motivated. Regardless of your experience level in the gym, Personal Trainer’s are able to provide a programme that is challenging and pushes you to reach your goals. On top of this, a Personal Trainer is able to analyse your form and provide teaching cues to ensure you are performing exercises safely and correctly. This will ensure that you are able to achieve your goals in a safe environment while helping you to maximise your potential.
Along with this, many Personal Trainer’s also qualify in some form of nutrition, for example, I am a certified Nutrition Coach, this enables you to get a more in depth understanding of the role that nutrition plays in your health and how it may prevent you from reaching your goals.
Ultimately, the role of a Personal Trainer is to educate and teach clients so that they are able to make positive changes in their lives, form healthier habits and to boost their confidence to an all time high.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINER'S AT A GYM?

Every Personal Trainer specialises in different areas so it's important to choose a Personal Trainer that resonates with you and your goals! DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

As a certified Nutrition Coach I am able to provide nutritional guidance and help you in choosing foods that you enjoy while coaching you to make healthier choices. However I do not prescribe meal plans to my clients, I feel that meal plans can be far too structured and can result in higher noncommittal rates among clients as they are restricting their diets too much. All nutritional guidance is included.
